Roberto's Restaurant

Vicki discovered Roberto's, a new Mexican American fusion restaurant in midtown.  It's at 1407 31st between Minnesota and Spenard Rd just across from the Blue Market. It's in an assisted living building, Emerald. Very modern. Roberto's is open for lunch and early dinner, with a mainly Mexican menu plus some traditional dishes. There is what appears to be a popular "Daily Special" menu greeting you at the entrance.  The dining area is airy and spacious with the "Nuevo, open ceiling, modern lighting, and painted ducting design. Also, there are view-of-the-kitchen windows.
